RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We strive for customers to be completely happy with their purchases. We are happy to assist with questions and details about all items. Due to the nature of our products we have a strict return policy.

Devolutions of faulty goods
We are always happy to repair any damages due to production issues on our end at our discretion. Please note that due to the nature of materials, our products are fragile and should be handled with special care. If upon reception of the product, you believe that it is not in keeping with what was stipulated in the contract, you should
immediately contact us via e-mail katriina@katriinanuutinen.fi, indicating the product information and the defects found. Damages must be documented and reported within 10 business days of receipt. All claims are to be written and official, referring to the relevant information, including your personal and product order information. In the event that this claim is admitted, the responsibility of MKN will be strictly limited to the replacement of the defective product at no extra charge, or the possibility of offering a refund for the cost of the order. MKN is not responsible for damages done by the
transportation company.

Devolutions of non-faulty goods
Devolutions will be accepted up to 5 (five) days max. after the client has received the merchandise. After this time devolutions will not be accepted. MKN has to consent to any merchandise devolution and it will be made only through our carrier company. All returned products have to be properly repacked in their original packaging and in perfect conditions. In such case we will refund the sum paid, minus the costs of transportation. You are responsible for all costs of returning the goods. If the goods are not properly repacked and therefore cannot be resold as new, we reserve the right to apply a charge of 30% of the price you paid for the goods, which you agree we may discount from your refund for the goods. If the goods are damaged whilst in your care or if you fail to return all parts of the goods, we have the right to withhold payment of all or part of the refund in respect of the goods as compensation for our loss on these goods.

We are not responsible for the following
• Damage caused by improper cleaning solutions or methods.
• Damage caused by improper installation or assembly by the customer or the customer’ agent.
• Damage to our fixtures, parts of our fixtures, or shades caused by the improper use of light bulbs.
• Damage caused by exposure to weather or improper environment.
• Changes in the appearance of the hand rubbed finishes or un-lacquered finishes. These are meant to age in appearance.
• Any costs of installation, removal, or re-installation.
• Restoration or repair work.
• Any parts purchased separate from our products.

Special orders
Special orders and custom made combinations are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable.
